Studio

Stefanos was born inThessaloniki in 1986.

– He received his Diploma of Architecture from UTH (University of Thessaly, Volos) in 2010.

– In 2012 he founded “Skarlakidis Architecture Studio” (Thessaloniki) and since 2016 his studio is collaborating with “DP architects” (Kassandria) and Polyxeni Tsaldari.

Alongside his studies he has worked with the architectural firm “149, Dimitris Philippitzis & Associates” and had internship at “A.M. Kotsiopoulos and Associates”. He has been external collaborator to several architectural studios, among them “Dimitris Simonis Architects” and “40.22. Architects”.

He participated in student and international architectural competitions. Among them, “Restoration of Volos’ orphanage yard”,” D. Areopagitou 2008: facing the rear facades of listed buildings on Dionysius Areopagite 17 and 19 “, “Redesigning the Monumental Area of Heptapyrgion, Thessaloniki”, “Redesigning Eleftherias Square” and “Museum for Argo”.

His work has been exhibited and published both in print and in electronic media.
